A very popular and well-respected man in the local community, Philip Farrelly - who passed away on May 13th, 2017 - had a great interest in sport, particularly football and camogie. He togged out for Crosserlough and went on to train a variety of sides, enjoying numerous underage successes. He was a lifelong member of Crosserlough GAA and the club will remember him fondly as one of their own.
