It's a huge week in third-level colleges hurling and football with the Fitzgibbon and Sigerson Cup semi-finals taking place.

The Fitzgibbon Cup semi-finals are down for decision this evening with DCU Dóchas Eireann at home to MICL at 6pm and holders UL hosting University of Galway at 8pm.

Then tomorrow, Queen's University face UL in DCU at 6pm and UCC welcome University of Galway to The Mardyke at 6pm in the last-four of the Sigerson Cup.

For the first time since the 1980s, Croke Park will host the finals of both competitions next week. The Sigerson Cup decider is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, at 7.35pm, and will be followed by the Fitzgibbon Cup final on Friday, February 13 at 7.35pm. Both showpiece events will be broadcast live on TG4.
