Kerry and Cork will face off in the Munster U20FC final for the ninth time in 10 years following last night's Phase 2, Round 3 action.

While holders Kerry cruised to a 3-23 to 0-11 victory over Clare at Austin Stack Park, Cork rode their luck in securing a 1-11 to 0-14 draw with Tipperary at Supervalu Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

First half goals from Killian Dennehy, Eddie Healy and Tomás Kennedy helped Tomás Ó Sé's Kingdom to an unassailable 18-point half-time lead against an already-eliminated Clare. The margin was extended to 21 by full-time.

Things were an awful closer on Leeside where a controversial last-gasp free earned the hosts a share of the spoils with Tipp and saw them progress to the final on score difference.

The visitors looked to have done enough to reach their first decider since 2021 when four unanswered points edged them in front with two minutes of normal time remaining, but Jonathan Hayes saved the day for the Rebels after Micheál Maguire was adjudged to have been fouled.
