Paddy Tally is expected to continue as Kerry football coach for a third season.

RTÉ is reporting that the highly-rated defensive coach, who has been involved with Tyrone, Down, Derry, and Galway in the past, will be on board for a third season. There had been concern in the Kingdom that he would not be able to recommit due to the 600-mile trip from his home in Galbally to Killarney, but it now looks likely that he will remain on as Jack O’Connor’s men bid to make amends for this year’s All-Ireland SFC final loss to Dublin.

O’Connor is staying on as manager for two more years after being reappointed at the last county board meeting.
