Peter Keane will have to reapply for the Kerry senior football manager's role if he wants to continue.
Kerry GAA have confirmed this evening that a five-man sub-committee, which includes county board chairman Tim Murphy and former Kerry footballer and games manager Donal Daly, has been set up to find the county's next senior football boss following the end of Keane's three-year term.
They will be joined by vice-chairperson Eamon Whelan, secretary Peter Twiss and Munster Council delegate John O’Leary as the Kingdom look to appoint a suitable candidate “at the earliest opportunity”, a statement read.
