The countdown is on to Sunday's Connacht SFC final at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park and some Galway supporters are already wondering if the scoreboard will spell the word 'Gaillimh' correctly this time.

A number of Galway fans on social media took issue with the name 'Gallaimh' when it appeared on the McHale Park scoreboard during last year's Connacht MFC final against Mayo. The questionable spelling resurfaced when Galway edged out Mayo in last week's Connacht MFC Round 3 clash, so it remains to be if it will be rectified for this weekend's Nestor Cup decider against Sligo.

Either way, the Tribesmen will hope the scoreboard makes for pleasant reading!
