The GAA has officially announced that tickets for tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon’s All-Ireland senior football championship quarter-finals have been sold out.
Derry face Cork at 1.45pm at headquarters before Leinster champions Dublin meet Mayo with a place in the last four of the Sam Maguire Cup race up for grabs.
It was anticipated after the fixtures were confirmed following last Monday morning’s draw that the double-header would attract a capacity 82,000 crowd to Croker.
Today’s other quarter-finals are expected to draw an attendance in the region of 70,000, with All-Ireland champions Kerry playing Tyrone at 3.45pm prior to the all-Ulster clash of Armagh and Monaghan 6pm.
