Climb With Charlie 

Climb With Charlie in aid of Irish Motor Neurone Disease and Pieta House takes place all over the country on Saturday April 2nd 2022!  Loughanleagh and Muff Heritage Trust & Kingscourt Stars GAA have joined forces and encourage every member of our community to climb with them on Saturday April 2nd anytime between 10am and 6pm, meeting  at the Picnic Area, Loughanleagh, Kingscourt.  All proceeds in aid of Pieta House and Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association. Seniors 

Our seniors recorded a win in the first round of Romar Energy ACFL div 1 V  Cootehill at home on Saturday April 26th Kingscourt 1-13 Cootehill 0-14. Next round V Crosserlough away Sunday April 3rd at 3pm. The Romar Energy Reserve ACFL div 1 V Ramor played away on Sunday  March 27th resulted in a comprehensive win for Ramor. Kingscourt 3-05 Ramor 4-12. Next round V Crosserlough away  Sunday April 3rd at 4.30pm. 

Ladies 
Our senior ladies came out on top in their first round of the Division 3 Adult League against Mountnugent/Munterconnaught with a comprehensive away win of 6-15 to 1-11. Well done ladies! 
This Sunday 3rd April, they meet St. Killian’s in Round 2 of the Division 3 Adult League. This is a home game in O’Raghallaigh Park at 11am. Please support. 
UNDERAGE GIRLS 
On Tuesday, our U.16s had a comprehensive win in their Division 2 League Round 2 against Cuchulainns in O’Raghallaigh Park, Kingscourt. Well done girls! 
Our U.16s then met Crosserlough in Round 3 of their League last Friday which ended in a huge scoring game but a narrow defeat of 3-19 to 7-6. Hard luck girls! 
Tonight our U.16s play Lavey in Round 4 of their League in Lavey at 6.30pm. Check out Kingscourt Stars Facebook for results. 
Our U.12 teams all met Killygarry in their first round of the League in the past week. On Saturday, our Division F and Division I teams both had strong wins. Well done to all involved. Our Division A team played Killygarry on Monday 28th March. Check out our Facebook for results. 
Our U.12s are out again this Saturday 2nd April. The Division A team at 12.30pm, Division F at 2.30pm and Division I play at 4.30pm. All teams play Lurgan at home in O’Raghallaigh Park. Please support. 
All other underage teams are continuously training and playing challenge matches each week to improve their skills as they await their competitions. Details on these competitions to follow. Thanks to all coaches for their hard work. 
CAVAN LGFA 
Our club girls Sarah McAvinney, Helena Reilly, Sinéad Carolan and the Cavan U.14 team had one win over Donegal and one loss Down in the U.14 Football Festival round 4. Well done girls! 

Allianz League Division 4 Final 

Congratulations to Cavan on the promotion to Division 3. Cavan will play Tipperary in Croke Park on Saturday April 2nd at 2.30pm in the Div 4 league final. Best of luck to Padráig Faulkner and the Cavan panel.  
Lotto 

 Lotto draw held on 22/03/2022 for a jackpot of €11,600. Numbers drawn 14;20;26;28. There was no jackpot winner and five match 3s get €30 each - Colin Higgins, Matthew Kennedy, Patricia Kennedy, Lorraine McDwyer, Ciarán Higgins. Next draw Tuesday March 29th 2022 for a jackpot of €11,700, no winner then match 3s share €150. Please support the fundraising efforts of your club and play the weekly lotto.
