Ramor Utd 4-09 (21) Butlersbridge 6-11 (29). Hard luck lads. A super performance in a tight game in which the score didn’t reflect. A few late scores won it for a very good Butlersbridge team. An excellent game all round. Please see match report for scorers.

Lurgan Ladies - Junior Championship Final Winners!

Lurgan Ladies beat Castlerahan/Denn by the smallest margain in Kingsan Breffni Park last week. A brilliant game and huge team effort by the full 37 girl squad. Well done girls on a superb win. Well done to the Junior Manager Mattie Cahill and his selectors; Emmet, Niall, Karen, John, Brian & Nicola. Thank you the supporters for putting up flags, bunting, for all the kind text messages and kind sponsorship from Main Club Sponsors Supervalu Virginia and Romar Energy for buying tracksuits for the full squad. Also to Jimmy & Antoinette Murray in The Riverfront Hotel for the lovely food after both finals this year. All your continued generosity has been so so appreciated. Thank you to St Marys National School, Virginia and Carraigabruise NS, Maghera for the amazing welcome for the team when they brought the cup in during the week. Well done to the Lurgan Minors on another win beating Shercock last weekend.

 

Lurgan Ladies U14 Double Winners

Well done to the squad and management David Cullen and Aine Tynan on winning the double this year. Brilliant stuff! A Division 6 League win followed by a great Championship win beating Castlerahan/Denn in Championship Final last week.
