The 2013 All Stars team that took on Cavan in Munterconnaught
Munterconnaught G.F.C. in conjunction with sponsors Sheridan Insurances are delighted to name the following players as nominees for 2014 Breffni Club All-Star Football Awards. A total of 68 players make up the panel.
Kingscourt Stars have the highest representation with six players. County champions Cavan Gaels have five while intermediate winners Cootehill have 4 players on the nomination list.
The final team of 15 players will be selected on Saturday, November 15th.
There is also a shortlist for the manager and referee of the year.
The Gala Presentation Night takes place in The Cavan Crystal Hotel on November 15th Special guests for the night include Jimmy Magee and Colm O'Rourke. MC for the night is Owen McConnon.
Tables for €500 or Tickets for €50 per person are available for booking NOW. This is an event not to be missed, so why mot make this your family gathering or Christmas Party.
This will be a special night for all Cavan G.A.A. followers to meet the cream of the crop in Cavan club football throughout 2014 and chat/photograph with the legendry Jimmy Magee and Colm O'Rourke.
This All Star team 2014 will play the Cavan Senior Team in Feb before the National League campaign starts. Terry Hyland may get another few players to add to his squads like he did at the 2013 game where he brought in players to the Cavan Jnr Team who went on the win All
Ireland medals.
