Senior Ladies Results
On Friday night last the Killeshandra ladies continued their good form on home ground with a convincing win over St. Finbarrs. Their intermediate début saw the Leaguers beat the visitors 6-11 to 0-5 and continue their unbeaten streak on the newly renovated Packie Devlin pitch. Despite torrential rain the girls were on top form with excellent performances in all positions. Captain Sinead Duffy lead by example from the start winning every ball that came her way while vice captain Patricia O' Reilly's work rate in the middle of the field was astounding. Donna English was exceptional as ever, while the young Annmarie Connolly continued to intimidate the competition with her quick wits and quicker feet. Melissa King was on exceptional form scoring points that were examples in excellence. Having got their first intermediate campaign off to a flying start the girls will no doubt continue to impress under the dedicated management of Patricia Dolan and Tomas Mc Dermot. Good luck girls!
