Cavan Ladies

Well done to the Cavan Ladies who defeated Armagh by 2-12 to 1-14 on Sunday last  in the Division 2B League. 

 

Cavan Seniors

Cavan face Wicklow this weekend in the relegation play-off this weekend in the Division 3 League.  

 

Belturbet U16 Girls

Belturbet U16 girls play Castlerahan/Denn this Friday June 11 at 6.30 pm in Rory O'Moore Park. 

 

U15 Boys

Good luck to our U15's and management team who get their Division 3 League season underway this Saturday June 12 at 1pm in Rory O'Moore Park. 

 

Belturbet Ladies

Belturbet Ladies first league game of the game takes place at home on Sunday June 13 at 12 noon when they take on Crosserlough. 

 

Ladies Return to Play

The Club are pleased to announce that Belturbet Ladies are recommencing girls training this week as per government guidelines, only U18s can currently train. County Star and PE Teacher Donna English will take primary girls from 6 to 7pm and secondary girls from 7.10pm-8.10 pm, Donna is very aware of current Covid Guidelines and non-contact training methods. These classes are €3 per person(please have correct change and drop amounts in the box at sub box). On the first night can parents please collect the return to play forms left in the sub box, fill them out in your own car and drop them back at the end of training, a register of attendance will be kept weekly, it will be assumed if your child attends training that they are free from symptoms, not a close contact of any confirmed case and not in a 2 week isolation period. These classes are open to all girls with work on fitness/ball skills/team work etc. All Girls from 2nd class up to 6th year under 18 are welcome regardless of football experience.

 

 

Well done  Dillon

Well done to our Senior Player Dillon Donnelly who completed his running challenge around Cavan earlier this week to raise funds for Multiple Sclerosis. 

 

Club Membership    

Many thanks for your continued strong and loyal support for our club. Family Membership in Club Belturbet is €300 for the year or €240 for the year for an individual membership in Club Belturbet.  If any member wishes to purchase the regular membership the fee for the year is €50. Membership fees for 2021 can be paid  to our club chairman Paul O'Reilly, Vice-Chairman Mark Lawlor or indeed any of the club committee.
