The 2016 Westmeath club football and hurling championship draws took place last night.
Castledaly, Mullingar Shamrocks, Garrycastle, Maryland, Killucan and The Downs have been pitted in Section A of the SFC, with Tyrrellspass, St Lomans, Coralstown Kinnegad, Caulry, Athlone and St Malachys in Section B.
The first round games are as follows:
Section A:
Killucan V Maryland
The Downs V Mullingar Shamrocks
Castledaly V Garrycastle
Section B:
Athlone V St Malachys
Caulry V Coralstown Kinnegad
St Lomans Mullingar V Tyrrellspass
The IFC is also divided into two groups of six and the first-round games are:
