Roscommon are on the hunt for a new minor football manager after Shane Moran stepped down.
The Charlestown, Co. Mayo native, who initially served as a selector under James ‘Diggy’ Duignan in 2024, has decided not to seek another term after leading the young Rossies to back-to-back Connacht MFC titles for only the second time in the county’s history. Moran had a 100% win rate in the provincial championship which culminated in final victories over Mayo last year and Galway this year.
However, their All-Ireland hopes were ended by Tyrone and Derry at the semi-final and quarter-final stage respectively.
