Dublin hurling manager Niall Ó Ceallacháin has confirmed that his squad’s open training session at Marlay Park this weekend has been postponed.
Having won one of their first two outings in the Allianz League games thus far, the capital men are not on the schedule for this weekend’s round of games in Division 1B and had planned to have an open training session on Saturday.
Unfortunately, those plans have been scuppered as Ó Ceallacháin confirmed by saying:
"It's a huge pity that we have had to postpone given the interest we've seen but we are committed to setting a new date and having as many supporters along as possible when the weather and conditions improve.
"Thanks again to Ballinteer St John's GAA club for their help to this point and to all the club volunteers and those in Friends of Dublin Hurling who were working hard behind the scenes on this."
TweetUnfortunately, the Dublin Senior Hurlers' open training session, due to take place this Saturday at Marlay Park, has been postponed as a result of the bad weather.
