Clogher manager Steven McKenna was left to rue missed first half goal chances and a disappointing second half display as his side came up short against Ballymacelligott in the All-Ireland club JFC final.
The Tyrone champions led by two points at the interval in Croke Park, but were overpowered after the restart by their Kerry counterparts who emerged as 1-16 to 0-13 winners.
"We probably felt we left a few scores behind us in the first half, Ciarán (Bogue) had a good goal chance," McKenna told BBC NI.
"In the second half, we just didn't get going. They flew out of the blocks hit three or four scores and it probably shook us a bit, so it's just disappointing we didn't get going after how we started the game.
"We have goal-getters in our team, so the confidence is we would convert them but it just wasn't the case although we created them."
