Ger Manley will continue as Cork senior camogie manager in 2026.

The former Cork hurler served as a selector under Matthew Twomey in 2023 before managing the Rebels to back-to-back All-Ireland titles last year. However, their quest for a three-in-a-row of O'Duffy Cups was ended by Galway in last month's decider. He has now been handed the opportunity to make amends for that disappointment.

"The Cork County Camogie Board wish to announce that, at their meeting tonight, they ratified the extension of Ger Manley’s appointment as Senior Camogie Manager for the 2026 season," a county board statement read.

"Having previously served in the backroom team, Ger was appointed as manager of the Cork senior camogie team in December 2023.

"Since taking charge, Manley has overseen a hugely successful period for Cork camogie. In his first season at the helm, he guided the team to All-Ireland glory in 2024. He followed that achievement by leading the Rebels to National League victory and to the All-Ireland Final in 2025.

"The Cork County Board is delighted to confirm that Ger will now continue in his role into 2026, as preparations begin for another season in Cork Camogie.

"Corcaigh Abú."
