Trim turn to Robinson

January 28, 2025

Former Dublin senior hurling coach Ken Robinson

Ken Robinson is the new Trim senior football manager.

A former DCU, Ballymun Kickhams and Dublin hurling coach, Robinson also coached the Dublin ladies footballers to All-Ireland success and the Westmeath senior footballers in 2021. His most recent managerial gig was with Edenderry two years ago. One of Meath's top dual clubs, Trim ensured their SFC safety with a relegation playoff victory over Curraha last year.

"CLG Átha Troim are pleased to announce the appointment of our new Senior Football Management team of Ken Robinson Manager, Des Teeling Head Coach and Fergal Lynch and Kevin Walsh as selectors," a club statement read.

"Ken boasts an extensive club career over all Codes and has now taken on our Red & Whites. We’d like to wish Ken, Des, Fergal and Kevin the best of luck with our football team in 2025.

"The lads are already up training with league fixtures starting in the next couple of weeks so be sure and give them a warm Áth Troim welcome."
