Fresh from being named on the 2024 AFLW All-Australian team, Tipperary’s Aisling Moloney has signed a new three-year contract with Geelong.

Moloney finished the AFLW season as joint-leading goalkicker, slotting 21 goals along with Taylor Smith of the Brisbane Lions. The tally is more than double the 10 goals Moloney bagged in her debut season last year and is all the more noteworthy after the Cats finished in the bottom half of the table.

On Monday, Moloney was included in the All-Australian team alongside fellow Cahir woman Aisling McCarthy and Mayo’s Aileen Gilroy, who is also the holder of an LGFA All-Star.
