Kildare Camogie have appointed David O'Mahoney as their new intermediate team manager.

The Portlaoise man, who takes over from Mike Wall, is a former Laois hurler who managed the Carlow camogs for three years. He also managed Laois hurling development squads and is a strength and conditioning coach to boot.

Kildare will operate in Division 3A of the National League in 2025 and in the Leinster and All-Ireland Intermediate Championships.

"The Kildare Camogie Executive and County Board wish David and his Management team all the best for the season ahead," a statement read.
