Armagh hit Fermanagh for three first-half goals as they advanced to the semi-finals of the Ulster senior football championship with a 3-11 to 0-9 victory in Enniskillen.
Kieran McGeeney’s men were in ruthless form early as Conor Turbitt and Jarly Og Burns hit the hosts’ net in the 16th and 18th minutes respectively to put their side 2-2 to 0-0 ahead.
Fermanagh posted their first score via a Sean Cassidy free in the 23rd minute, but once Stefan Campbell got in for the Orchard men’s third goal five minutes later it’d create a 12-point margin.
Fionan O’Brien’s point left it at 3-4 to 0-2 for the half and the points of Turbitt, Rory Grugan (2) and Campbell ensured Armagh were safely back in the semi-finals of the northern province as McGeeney cleared his bench in the closing quarter.
