It’s a big night in the Sigerson Cup with the two semi-finals taking place.

SETU Carlow is the venue for the first semi-final between UCD and UL at 6.30pm. The other penultimate round tie between Ulster University and Maynooth University throws in at Inniskeen at 8pm. Both games will be streamed lived on TG4’s YouTube platform.

Traditional giants UCD finished strongly to edge out University of Galway in the quarter-final, while last year’s runners-up UL took out DCU Dóchas Éireann. With the Canavan brothers to the fore, Ulster University overcame TU Dublin last week, while a talented Maynooth outfit accounted for Queen’s University in the other quarter-final.
