James Horan is part of a high-calibre Mayo U20 football management team that was ratified by the county board last night.
The two-time senior boss will serve as a selector under new manager Peadar Gardiner. The new management also includes two other former Mayo stars, Keith Higgins and Ger Cafferkey, as well as Mark Ryan. Gardiner was previously an U20 selector during Maurice Sheridan's time in charge.
Meanwhile, Ciaran McDonald is head coach in the new Mayo minor management set-up which is fronted by joint-managers Tom Reilly and David Heaney.
