Kilkenny defender Conor Fogarty says the Cats will “have to bring everything” to dethrone Limerick this weekend and land their first All-Ireland SHC title since 2015.

In a repeat of last year’s decider, the Leinster champions face the Treaty men on Sunday at Croke Park (3.30pm) looking to reverse the result from 12 months ago and deny John Kiely’s men a fourth successive Liam MacCarthy Cup.

Speaking to RTE Sport this week, Fogarty said that they know the size of the task ahead of them at headquarters this weekend.

"The thing with Limerick is that they have very few weaknesses,” said the Erin's Own clubman.

“They have strength all over the field and they're a very hard working team.

"We'll have to bring everything to help turn them over ourselves. It's going to be a tough task, but we're feeling good and feeling up to the challenge."
