McFaul set for Derry return

Ciaran McFaul is expected to return to the Derry fold ahead of their Ulster SFC quarter-final against Fermanagh.
Rumours were rife after the Oak Leafers’ Allianz Football League Division 2 final defeat to Dublin yesterday that the Glen playmaker is poised to rejoin Rory Gallagher’s squad after returning from Boston last week. McFaul missed Derry’s Ulster SFC triumph last summer after moving to the US in March.
He also missed Glen’s run to the All-Ireland club SFC final, but could yet feature against Fermanagh in two weeks’ time at Brewster Park.
