Armagh will face Roscommon in the Allianz Hurling League Division 3A final next weekend after brushing aside Monaghan with a 2-23 to 0-16 victory at the Athletic Grounds on Saturday afternoon.

Shea Harvey’s goal after just six minutes marked the perfect start for the Orchard men as they went on to take in a 1-12 to 0-9 lead at half-time.

Cormac Jennings netted the hosts’ second on the 70-minute mark as they won out in this derby by 13 in the end.

In the Division 3B semi-final, Leitrim proved too strong for Longford as they recorded a 2-16 to 1-12 win at Shane McGettigan Park.

Martin Feeney and Joe Murray supplied the goals in a comfortable victory for the hosts as they now look forward to a decider derby against Cavan next weekend.
