The GAA's Central Competitions Control Committee (CCCC) has ordered a replay of the All-Ireland club SFC final between Kilmacud Crokes and Glen.

Kilmacud Crokes won by two points, but had an extra man on the pitch defending a '45 in the closing stages. Having 16 players on the field is a breach of Rule 6.44, the penalties for which include the awarding of the game to the opposing team, for the game to be replayed, or a fine.

The decision follows a CCCC meeting yesterday which considered an objection from Glen and a counter-objection from Kilmacud Crokes to the result of last Sunday week's controversial decider at Croke Park.

Crokes have three days to appeal the decision to the GAA's Central Hearings Committee (CHC), while the option of a Disputes Resolution Authority (DRA) hearing is open to both parties.
