McGlynn set to debut as Carr unveils first Donegal selection

Paddy Carr has announced his first starting line-up since being named Donegal senior football manager in October for this weekend’s McKenna Cup clash against Down.

Glenfin’s Luke McGlynn is set to make his senior debut for the Tir Chonaill men as the 18-year-old is named by Carr at right half-forward.

Elsewhere, Jamie Grant, Caolan McColgan, Rory O’Donnell and Michael Lynch will all get an opportunity to impress the new management as they are included in the starting line-up for Sunday’s encounter in Newry.

Throw-in at Pairc Esler is at 1.30pm.
