Today’s Fermanagh senior football championship final between Enniskillen Gaels and Erne Gaels has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at Brewster Park.
The match, which was scheduled to throw-in at 4pm, was subject to a pitch inspection after heavy rainfall and the Enniskillen venue was deemed unplayable by officials.
Next Saturday, October 29th, has been confirmed as the date for rearranged fixture taking place at the same stadium.
The final itself sees Enniskillen Gaels looking for their first senior championship since 2006, while their Belleek counterparts are on the hunt for their first New York Cup success in 41 years.
