Benny Coulter has been ratified as the new Down minor football manager.
The former star forward, who takes over from Patrick Cunningham, will have his old Down team-mates Darren O’Hagan and Donal O’Hare as part of his management team.
Currently in charge of intermediate outfit Rostrevor, the Mayobridge clubman won an All-Star following Down's run to the 2010 All-Ireland SFC final. He also won an All-Ireland MFC medal with the Mourne County in 1999.
