Kerry will be without Jack Savage for their All-Ireland SFC defence next year.

The Kerryman is reporting that the 27-year-old forward - who came on as a blood sub against Galway in last month's All-Ireland final - is moving to Dubai for work reasons and won't be available to Kingdom manager Jack O'Connor in 2023.

The news is a massive blow to Savage's club Kerins O'Rahillys who he scored 1-5 for in their Kerry club SFC semi-final extra-time win over Spa last weekend. O'Rahillys manager William Harmon revealed after that game that Cormac Coffey is also emigrating to Dubai and will miss the upcoming final against Templenoe as well.
