Former Kildare captain Eamonn Callaghan has joined the Carlow football backroom team ahead of the 2023 campaign.
Affectionately known as 'Leper', the Naas man has been brought on board as a performance coach by manager Niall Carew, who served as a Kildare selector when Callaghan was in his prime.
Last season, the 39-year-old teamed up with another veteran performer Eoin Doyle to manage Naas to their first Kildare SFC title in 31 years and a Leinster final appearance after Paul Kelly resigned just days before their county semi-final.
TweetCarlow GAA is delighted to announce the addition of Eamonn Callaghan to our Senior Football Management Team as Performance Coach.
