Tipperary GAA has refixed its remaining SHC Round 2 ties after they were postponed last weekend as a mark of respect to the late Dillon Quirke.

The Clonoulty-Rossmore v Kilruane McDonaghs game, which was abandoned last Friday evening after the county star collapsed on the pitch and later passed away, has been rescheduled for Sunday, August 21. Throw-in is 12 noon at The Ragg.

Also on Sunday, JK Brackens face Dan Breen Cup holders Loughmore-Castleiney at 2.30pm and Drom & Inch take on Thurles Sarsfields in a FBD Semple Stadium double-header. The other Sunday game sees Templederry and Borris-Ileigh square off in Nenagh at 3.30pm.

There are two more Round 2 fixtures on Saturday, August 20. Toomevara and Holycross-Ballycahill meet in FBD Semple Stadium at 4pm, and Eire Og, Annacarty and Kiladangan clash in Dolla at 7pm.

The Tipperary hurling finals have been pushed back from October 9 to 23, while the football finals go ahead as planned on October 16.
