Donegal's Allianz Football League Division 1 clash against Kildare in Ballybofey today will go ahead as planned despite a pitch inspection this morning.

Heavy and persistent rainfall had led to concerns over the playing surface at Páirc Sheáin Mhic Cumhaill, but following an early morning pitch inspection, the game will go ahead as planned with throw-in at 2.30pm.
