The draws for the 2021 Joe McDonagh, Christy Ring, Nicky Rackard and Lory Meagher Cups have been made.

The GAA this evening confirmed the draws in full, including a round-by-round fixtures programme with the All-Ireland hurling championships to begin on the weekend of June 26/27.

The Joe McDonagh Cup will be run under a new format with six teams, instead of five as was previous the case, after both of last year's Christy Ring Cup finalists were promoted, divided into two groups of three.

Each team will play one home and one away match with the top placed in each group advancing to the final and the winner promoted to the Leinster SHC in 2022.

The bottom placed teams in each group will play-off in a relegation final with the loser demoted to the Christy Ring Cup.

The Christy Ring, Nicky Rackard and Lory Meagher Cups will each see two groups, one with three teams (Group A) and the other with two (Group B).

Each team in Group A will play one home and one away match with the top two placed qualifying for the semi-finals and third placed advancing to the quarter-final. 

The two teams in Group B will play-off against each other with the winner advancing to the semi-finals and the loser playing in the quarter-final.

The outright winner will be promoted while the loser of the quarter-final will be relegated for 2022.
