Kilkenny All-Ireland winner Paddy Mullally has joined forces with his brother Tom to form part of the Carlow senior hurling backroom team for 2021.
Last month, Carlow GAA announced the appointment of Tom Mullally as their new manager, taking over from Colm Bonnar.
Brother Paddy, a midfielder on the Kilkenny All-Ireland SHC winning team of 2003, has today been confirmed as a coach.
Paddy Mullally has previously worked in a coaching capacity with the Kilkenny and WIT camogie teams as well as the Mullinavat hurlers.
The backroom team will also include coach John Dermody and selectors Chris Kealy, Joe Nolan and Pat Murphy, with Michael Whelan continuing as liaison officer.
