Cavan JFC final postponed due to positive Covid-19 test

Sunday's Cavan JFC final between Denn and Templeport has been called off
Tomorrow afternoon’s Cavan junior football championship final has been postponed.
Denn and Templeport were due to clash at Kingspan Breffni on Sunday at 3pm but the Cavan county board has now confirmed that the Sean Leddy Cup decider is off due to a positive Covid-19 test in the Templeport club.
The board are understood to have been in contact with the relevant health authorities earlier today.
An e-mail circulated to the county’s clubs this afternoon read: “Cully's Craft Bakery Junior Football Championship Final Denn V Templeport St Aidans GAA October 4th at 3pm has been postponed, Re Fixture details will issue later.”
