Tomorrow's first Galway SHC semi-final clash between Cappataggle and St Thomas' has been postponed following a confirmed case of Covid-19 among one of the teams.

It was due to be part of a double-header at Pearse Stadium but will now be played at a later date. Loughrea and Turloughmore will meet in the second semi-final as planned (throw-in 4pm).

It comes after the Galway camogie senior and junior finals involving Sarsfields were called off after a player tested positive for the coronavirus.
