This weekend's Cork SFC quarter-final clash of Ballincollig and Nemo Rangers has been postponed due to a Covid-19 concern.
It emerged earlier this week that a Ballincollig player had tested positive for Covid-19 and a decision was made to temporarily suspend all club activity for 48 hours as a precautionary measure.
Ballincollig have since been cleared to resume activities on advice and guidelines provided by the HSE but despite this, Cork GAA today confirmed that Sunday's fixture at Pairc Ui Rinn will not take place. However, the remaining quarter-finals will go ahead as scheduled.
Following a CCC meeting this morning to consider the implications of the positive Covid-19 test in Ballincollig, @NemoRangersGAA vs @BallincolligGAA has been postponed until further notice.

All other games this weekend will progress as scheduled.
Meanwhile, the Killeagh versus Kilworth SHC 'A' relegation play-off match which was called off last weekend following a confirmed case of Covid-19 has been re-fixed for the end of this month.
