Limerick's great start to 2020 has been tempered by the news that free-taker Jamie Lee will be unavailable for the rest of the year.
The Newcastle West clubman, who is a son of manager Billy, is heading to Australia this week after playing a starring role in the Treaty County's unbeaten start to the season.
"It was a tough, tough decision," he told the Limerick Leader after Limerick made it six wins from six at Carlow's expense yesterday.
"I probably knew last summer that I wanted to give travelling a go because it was always something I had in my head. I'm going out to Sydney, where my cousin Paul (Hannan) is already."
