Leinster Minor Hurling Championship

Lough Lene Gaels Hurling Club and Turin Hurling Club both congratulate the Na Piarsaigh representatives who were members of the Westmeath panel of players who were on duty for a Leinster MHC match which had a result of, Westmeath 0.26 Laois 0.13. That match was played at Portlaoise on Saturday May 2nd. Unfortunately, results elsewhere in this competition conspired against Westmeath, along with the current competition format, combined to bring Westmeath’s participation in this competition to a conclusion as a consequence. Dublin, whom Westmeath defeated a week previously, have progressed to the next phase of this competition.
