Message from Ben J. Hickey on the passing of Fr Tom Hickey: ‘The Hickey family wishes to thank our dear Rosemount friends, both at home and abroad, for their kind messages of sympathy on the death of our brother, Fr. Tom, RIP. A special “thank you” to Marie G for her contribution to the beautiful article written about him in the Westmeath Independent. Our family ties to Rosemount remain strong and we cherish the memories of our younger days growing up there. All three of us left Rosemount in the 1950’s but we still call Rosemount home when we talk about it, always looking forward to our return visits back whenever possible. Go raib mile mait agaib go lear ‘ -  Ben and Margaret (USA), Maura (Limerick)
