Congratulations

It s the time of the year for finals with three of our neighbours involved in premier championship finals.  Congratulations to Tubberclair and Moate on their wins and commiserations to Tang. Also congratulations to Southern Gaels u13 hurlers, Drumraney camogie, with a Garrycastle player on board, and to our own senior ladies who had significant wins over the weekend. 

 

Garrycastle Street Leagues

On Sunday morning the Garrycastle U7 and U9 Boys once again joined forces with the U8 and U10 girls to contest Rounds 5 and 6 of the Garrycastle Street Leagues. With plenty of skills and determination on show; the team spirit, sportsmanship and team work was outstanding in all teams.  With the full time whistles barely blown, focus immediately switched to the penultimate weekend of games as the players compared scorelines and talked tactics for the matches ahead.

 

League

League action in the All County leagues  is expected next weekend but at this point specific details of games are not available. 

 

Lotto

The Lotto numbers for Monday September 21st 2020 were 3, 5, 9, 24.  The Jackpot was not won. There were five Match-3 winners this week, each of whom receives €20 - Bud Sharkey,  Paddy Prendergast c/o Mick Shaughnessy, Mary Shaughnessy c/o Mick Shaughnessy, Harry Mooney, Paraic Joyce.
