A minute’s silence and applause was impeccably observed before the All-Ireland camogie senior final in memory of Tipperary hurler Dillon Quirke.

Cork and Kilkenny players, match officials and spectators showed their respect for the Clonoulty-Rossmore star, with a picture of Dillon being shown on the screens at Croke Park.

A minute's silence is being held in memory of Dillon Quirke at club matches across the country and beyond this weekend.

The 24-year-old died after collapsing during a Tipperary SHC match at Semple Stadium on Friday evening.
