Michael Quinlivan returns in one of eight changes to the Tipperary team for this afternoon Allianz Football League Division 3 clash against Offaly at Semple Stadium (throw-in 2pm).

The Clonmel Commericals ace starts at centre-forward with captain Conor Sweeney on the edge of the square. Jimmy Feehan, Colm O'Shaughnessy and Robbie Kiely are big additions in defence.
