Appears very quiet currently as to who's to replace Jenny Rispin & her back room team , any thoughts who we might like to see take it on , will Kit Henry & Dudley Darell be contenders or will the powers to be go outside the county ?

I assume if Paul Garrigan is interested he would be first choice, he has done great work with this team over the last few years.

If the right management was put in place soon then there is every chance Meath would get back to the top. Preparation didn't run smoothly this year, yet the quarter final against Kerry was very much there for the taking, with a couple of defensive mistakes were the difference. A better run in the league this year would be very important, 6 or 7 players off the all-ireland winning panels were unavailable this year, hopefully the likes of Emma Troy will return from Australia and there is plenty of young talent around the county to freshen up the squad for another good year.

Not being funny but why would anyone want to take that job , unfortunately it seems the Meath ladies have got too big for their boots they got a bit of criticism from management team and threw their toys out of the pram and a few players made a choice for all the players not to turn up to a training session , not many people will be putting their hands up to take that on

Firstly if the ladies are to progress , the set up will need to be freshened up so new blood will be required , so anyone with an interest in the gig will want to see players play championship with their clubs which is currently ongoing . Secondly S&C, conditioning etc just does'nt happen over night so with ladies having a fair good record at under16 &minor level over the last few years, the step up to adult is very imperative.
