Dual Club Games Clash

(Oldest Posts First)

So it seems the Wolfe tones club have been unfairly put in terrible position with a minor final football final fixed for same time as intermediate hurling semi final, some parents and mentors are involved in both codes , surely this shouldn't be allowed happen to a dual club in this day and age where families are split and both games not getting the support needed .

Wouldn't say it suits Trim either to have intermediate hurling on before senior with venue still tbc. Probably means them fielding a weakened intermediate team if the subs are needed elsewhere. Poor form on both clubs.

Double header in Navan for Trim. So not a big issue for Trim. Other clubs were forced to play their first and second team at the same time on the same night in different venues this year.

Saw it as venue tbc on fixtures. Not a big deal if both in Navan
