Kiltale set up a Senior Hurling Championship semi final meeting with Ratoath after this four point win over Na Fianna at Longwood.

The defeat sees the Baconstown/Enfield combination relegated to the Senior B championship for 2027.

The winners laid the foundations for their third win in the opening half and led at the break 0-13 to 0-4. By the end of the third quarter John Donoghue’s men held a six point advantage, 1-17 to 1-9, veteran Peter Durnin with the goal. Despite conceding 1-5 in the closing 15 minutes Kiltale held on to set up another meeting with Ratoath in two weeks time.
