Bhulf Tón's unbeaten run in the league came to an end in Summerhill on Monday evening when they lost a five point lead in the last quarter. Leading by 0-17 to 0-12 they looked in a good position to take home the points but conceded four "two pointers" thereafter.

They had come from four points behind to lead 0-11 to 0-8 at half time helped by two point scores from Cian O'Neill, Saran O Fiinnagáin and Caolán Ward. On a perfect evening for football Summerhilll managed six 2 pointers over the hour.
