Dunderry 0-14 St. Michaels 0-08

Dunderry welcomed St Michael's to the village to play the first game on the newly drained and sanded pitch. Massive work went into our hallowed ground and the players and mentors in all codes are very thankfull to the hardworking executive for providing a top class pitch for years to come. Thanks also to all who contributed towards the works. 

The visitors hit three frees before Ben Clarke pointed for Dunderry.  Two from play and another free had it 0-1 to 0-6

Rónán Brady passed to Calum Bartley who fisted over.

The Carlinstown men fell victim to the three up rule and up stepped Adam Kelly to rais an orange flag. 

Isaac McKeever and Cathal Barron tapped over neatly. Kelly hit a second two pointer next, duly assisted by Harry Crinnion.

Two frees for the visitors followed , before Kelly raised a white and then an orange. Calum Bartley pointed and Evan Nolan hit one after the other to see out the win for Leo Turleys men. 

Dunderry scorers: Adam Kelly 0-7 ( 2 x 2p & 1 x 2p f), Calum Bartley 0-2, Evan Nolan 0-2, Ben Clarke, Cathal Barron and Isaac McKeever 0-1 each.
